SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Lost Packages Moran Store USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
